Thank you for a lovely stay. The hotel is just lovely, very clean, verly helpful and very beaufiful. We enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik and walking the streets and visiting the shops. The cable car and museum were so interesting. I will tell all our friends and make sure they use this lovely hotel as their place to stay.

We felt like this was our "home"
We used this charming hotel as our base for 6 nights while exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. We felt like this was our "home" because of the friendliness shown by the staff. We also enjoyed dining 4 nights in the hotel restaurant - the food and wine were outstanding, as was the professional service. This accommodation has been a highlight of our 6 weeks of travel!

Amazing time here in Dubrovnik

A special thanks should be given to Deni. Deni helped us arrange and negotiate two different trips with Sweet Travel and did a fantastic job. We enjoyed working with Deni and she helped make our trip to Dubrovnik memorable by making a number of suggestions during our stay.

Yes, we had a fabulous time, both at the hotel and in Croatia. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was excellent and so was the service throughout.
My husband and I were in Dubrovnik in 1988 and had a great time then. This time, I noticed that the shops in the old town were mostly souvenirs shops and not the nice artisan shops we saw in 1988. This is a pity and I hope conditions will change to bring them back.

We only stayed a night and it was fabulous.
The staff attentive and extremely helpful. Lovely pool, especially after a long hot day, soaking our feet with pool side drinks before midnight! Great round the clock service - wonderful selection at breakfast.

The castle has been so lovingly restored

The castle has been so lovingly restored; its obvious so much care and detail put into it. We are so happy we came to visit. It is such an excellent place because of the team!
It is not only for the true 5-star ambience that you will experience at Kazbek. It is not only for the feeling of being a really precious guest, that you get once you step out from your taxi. Not only it is for the cosiness, comfort and serenity of the place. Though it should be said that you can really get lost in tranquillity at the lounge terrace or by the pool. But most of all - it is such an excellent place because of the team! Being a very sophisticated tourist I have never ever been totally wrapped in such a sincere care and attention in any other place!
I travelled with my family - 7 people all and all, infant included. We stayed in both the Kazbek hotel and villa Franica for a month. All the properties (and our relations with them) were managed to meet such a high standards of hospitality that surprised me and touched my heart.
Whataver your issue could be, be it touristic hints, when-and-what-to-dos, or a real problem - be sure to get the most commited help you may imagine.
All the people I met - Vinka, Pave, Alisa, Djeni and their colleagues - are great professionals and truely good people.
It is surely the only place to stay in Dubrovnik!

We have had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik - the old city is beautiful and the coastline & islands stunning. We have been delighted by our stay at the Kazbek which felt like an oasis of calm to come back to each day. It is a beautifully renovated building and all the staff are excellent.

Your hotel exceeded our expectations
My partner and I have just returned from a three night stay at your hotel in Dubrovnik. Having read the reviews of both Dubrovnik and Hotel Kazbek we were tremendously excited about our holiday and now both agree that both the city and your hotel exceeded our expectations.
We thought the hotel, the services, the location and the staff were all fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a very tranquil place to relax for a couple of hours before venturing into the old town. The proximity to the regular bus service was brilliant, as was the helpfulness of all the staff.
We have only been back in the UK for two days but have already recommended Hotel Kazbek to several people and would definitely love to return at some point in the future.

Truly perfect staff!
A beautiful city filled with lovely caring people in a breath-talking atmosphere with fantastic views, topped with the most wonderfully appointed, Kazbek hotel with truly perfect staff. Thank you for delightful days we spent in Dubrovnik– we leave with memories of all and hope to return in the near future.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik and at the Kazbek hotel. Beautiful city and beautiful hotel, very clean and very comfortable beds.I will definitely recommend to friends in the UK.

Excellent, very friendly staff
Thank you for a waiter Mario and wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with the excellent, very friendly staff. We only missed the sunshine but everybody made us feeling happy as we did. We surely come back in a summertime .We only can imagine the Mediterranean beauty around the hotel and everywhere else. Now we are on our way to Split. Thanks again to everybody working here.

We enjoyed so many things
Thank you for a great stay to all the staff - waiters, reception staff, cleaning staff + especially all the good advice on places to visit from Đeni and other reception staff. We enjoyed so many things – Mostar, Grad, churches, museums, forts! Fabulous views, good food, musical concert, saw a wedding, a photo school, visited the islands. The weather was not very kind but all this made up for it. Maybe we’ll come back one day swim in the pool + eat on the terrace

Wonderful stay in the fabulous hotel.
Very friendly, professional staff. Excellent facilities and quite simply the best food.

This hotel is truly an asset to Dubrovnik
We had a wonderful stay at Kazbek. As this was our first visit to Dubrovnik we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Deny was such a joy to deal with and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of.
Antun and Mario treated us to white glove service in the restaurant. This hotel is truly an asset to Dubrovnik. Keep up the good work and we look forward to staying here again someday.

Very, very, good staff
A truly wonderful hotel, brilliantly quiet location and very, very, good staff. Arriving on the evening of the 5th anniversary party – excellent food and wine – was a real bonus. 4 days was not long enough but whetted our appetite for a return visit with friends.

It was 6 star quality!
Kazbek and Dubrovnik area vastly exceeded our expectations. It was 6 star quality! One of the best ever and definitely one to come to!
I llke the pool and the food and all the staff. Mario is funny and everyone else is good

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for allowing Marc and I to stay at the lovely Hotel Kazbek. Our one regret was that it was for such a short amount of time. We absolutely adored everything about the property.
I left a detailed review on trip advisor, it should be published in the next 48 hours. I will be contacting the company that docks in Gruz Bay, as well. Please feel free to use my email for any references that you may need for clients in the US. I have sent my manger a CD of the property, and will be sure to recommend the Kazbek to clients and other agents.

Superb hotel
What a wonderful find! This has truly been a splendid few days in this beautiful hotel. The staff has been fantastic so welcoming and friendly, always on hand to help and nothing has been too much trouble, everything carried out discreetly and with a smile. In fact my husband and I think that in all our travels and stays in 5 star hotels around the world the staff at the Kazbek have been the most friendly and attractive. This was our first visit to Dubrovnik and it has been made all the more special by our stay in this superb hotel.

What a find!
After endless searches on the Internet for a last minute, 5 star retreat for total relaxation we discovered this hotel! What a find! Little did we know how perfect this would be; service, quality + charm. This has been one of our best holidays.
