Mornings unfold slowly here, whether enjoyed beneath the soft morning sun on the terrace or within the intimate atmosphere of the historic restaurant. Many of our guests linger over breakfast long after the first coffee has been served, embracing the quieter rhythm that defines life at Kazbek.

Breakfast is served à la carte and prepared fresh to order, with a carefully curated selection of hot and cold dishes inspired by Mediterranean simplicity and seasonal ingredients. Homemade granola, natural juices, organic spreads, freshly baked pastries, eggs prepared to preference and locally sourced produce reflect our commitment to quality and thoughtful hospitality.

Throughout the day, Kazbek’s menu continues to celebrate Croatian cuisine and regional produce through a contemporary and refined approach. Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, while our wine selection highlights some of the most distinctive Croatian labels and vineyards.
